SHIPPING IS FREE

Every order ships free. There is no minimum, no threshold, and nothing added at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Orders are prepared within one to three working days.

After that, delivery depends on which warehouse holds the item:

Items held in our United States warehouse arrive in three to eight working days within the US.

Items shipped from our overseas warehouse take five to eleven working days, and occasionally longer during busy periods or public holidays.

If your order contains items from both, they may arrive separately and on different days. You are not charged twice and nothing is missing.

TRACKING

Every order is tracked. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the carrier's website starts showing updates, so please give it a day before worrying.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Where duties apply we pay them, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for money before handing over a parcel, do not pay it. Email us with a photograph and we will sort it out.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your tracking has not moved for seven days, or your parcel has not arrived within 20
working days of dispatch, email support@comfora.shop. We will either send a replacement or refund you.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will refund the order minus the return cost, or resend it once you confirm the correct address.
