We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how returns work.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@comfora.shop with your order number to start.

Damaged or wrong items

Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund in full, no return shipping needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Lost orders

If tracking shows your order lost in transit, we reship or refund. Your choice.
