30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@comfora.shop with your order number to start.
Damaged or wrong items
Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll replace or refund in full, no return shipping needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Lost orders
If tracking shows your order lost in transit, we reship or refund — your choice.
