HeelHold is made in three bands only. Check yours is one of them before you order.

Made in: EU35-36, EU37-38, EU39-40

HeelHold is not made above EU39-40, and it is not something you can trim down to fit. If you need a larger size, this is not the right product. It is a three-quarter-length adhesive pad, so it sits on top of the existing footbed and nothing comes out of the shoe.

To check your band, stand on a sheet of paper, mark the back of your heel and the end of your longest toe, then measure between the two marks.

Sizing and shoe fit

Choose the supplier size band shown for this product. Do not trim unless this product's instructions explicitly say it is trim-to-fit.

Check that your shoe has enough internal room. If the product is a full-length replacement insole, remove the original insole only when the shoe and product instructions allow it.

First wear

Begin with a shorter wear period and check the fit inside your shoe. The insole should not force the toes upward or make the shoe feel cramped.

Stop use if you notice sharp pain, numbness, persistent redness or worsening discomfort.

A three-quarter pad that stops the slide forward.

HeelHold is a self-adhesive three-quarter-length cushion pad for heels and sandals. It covers the ball of the foot and the arch, then tapers before the heel, which is what lets it work in open-backed shoes. It is not a full-length insole, and nothing comes out of the shoe.
