Choose the band your usual EU shoe size falls into. Winter socks are thicker, so leave a little more room than you would in summer.

Made in: EU35-36, EU37-38, EU39-40, EU41-42, EU43-44

Supplier-measured insole lengths: EU35-36 is 23 cm, EU37-38 is 24 cm, EU39-40 is 25 cm, EU41-42 is 26 cm, EU43-44 is 27.5 cm. WarmStep is the one Comfora insole the supplier states can be cut to fit, so if you sit between two bands you can take the larger band and trim carefully around the toe, a little at a time.

To check your band, stand on a sheet of paper, mark the back of your heel and the end of your longest toe, then measure between the two marks.

Sizing and shoe fit

Choose the supplier size band shown for this product. Do not trim unless this product's instructions explicitly say it is trim-to-fit.

Check that your shoe has enough internal room. If the product is a full-length replacement insole, remove the original insole only when the shoe and product instructions allow it.

First wear

Begin with a shorter wear period and check the fit inside your shoe. The insole should not force the toes upward or make the shoe feel cramped.

Stop use if you notice sharp pain, numbness, persistent redness or worsening discomfort.
